Objectives
The Human Resources Group is responsible for managing HR controls; recruitment processes including job descriptions and hiring; training; labour relations and collective bargaining; compensation and benefits; HR development programs, career planning and internal promotions; and employee branding and health & safety, amongst other responsibilities related to this area.
The HR vision, recognized in the HRS4R award, is that BSC-CNS recognizes that the researchers from all areas and levels, and the support staff are essential contributors and the key players for the science success at national and international level.
