BSC-CNS shall be entitled to reproduce, modify (by means of abstracts, summaries, reviews), adapt and publish any contents, whether they be texts, photographs, graphics, etc., in order to promote the section on which they have been published, and to use them in future activities and publications of the BSC-CNS, in any formats and media. The licence is free and its duration shall extend until it becomes public domain under the intellectual property regulations in force. Users may only send contents authored by them or authorised by the rightholders, without prejudice to the obligation to report the URL of the owner or any right to link to the said contents.

The personal data included in interactive functions and their contents cannot be used for purposes other than those expressly authorised by the data subject. Users shall be liable for the veracity of any data they provide.

Users or participants shall refrain from including language in their opinions that may be considered offensive, slanderous, racist or violent.

Unauthorised commercial communication is forbidden.

Users are warned that any personal details they provide may be seen by other users or participants. In order to provide personal data from third parties, their express consent shall be required. In the case of surveys, users can participate anonymously and the BSC-CNS shall assume no liability regarding their use of the results.

Subscription – with or without charge – to (newsletters) edited by BSC-CNS through shall be voluntary and shall involve express acceptance of the conditions that may be established in each case, and it shall also involve the user's consent to receive information from BSC-CNS.


These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, and the Spanish courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall be competent to try any controversies that may arise from their interpretation, application and performance.

The user, by virtue of his/her acceptance of the general terms and conditions included in this legal notice and whenever possible, expressly waives any jurisdiction that may be applicable according to the Spanish Civil Procedure Law.
