“The BSC has the tenancy right of surface for the construction, conservation and exploitation of the land where the main building of the center is located, as well as the exploitation rights for 75 years from the signing of the definitive reception of the building located in plot K of the Campus Nord of the UPC in Barcelona:
- BSC main building - 13,959.70 m2.
Additionally, as established in the last agreement for the financing of the BSC-CNS signed on December 23, 2020, between the MCIN, the Generalitat de Catalunya and the UPC, the BSC-CNS makes use on a cession basis, free of charge and permanently, of the UPC building indicated below located in the Campus Nord of the UPC in Barcelona:
- Capella Torre Girona - 2,182 m2
And, on a partially subsidized basis, of the following buildings:
- Torre Girona Building - 1,005.40 m2
- Til·lers Building - 2,218.91 m2.
Besides, the center has a temporary occupancy permit for the following space, which is not included in the financing agreement:
- Basement Vertex Building - 716,49m2
In addition, the BSC-CNS leases the use of some spaces in the Nexus II Building belonging to the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona near the Campus Nord of the UPC:
- Nexus II Building - 2D - 461 m2”.
