Biography
Alberto is a multidisciplinary data scientist and researcher. He has experience in atmospheric science (aerosol measurement and modelling, atmospheric deep convection) as well as the use of physical and statistical models (machine learning). He has a PhD in atmospheric science from the University of Leeds (UK), where he focused on ice-nucleating particles. He is particularly interested in studying atmospheric phenomena from a data science and machine learning perspective and the application of these techniques to real-world problems.
