What is included with the conferences registration fee?

  • Publication in the conference E-Proceedings. Inclusion of accepted papers in DDD Digital Library, and CEUR Series volume (with ISBN).
  • Admission to all keynote talks and oral sessions for the 3 conferences (parallel sessions with audiovisual equipment, computers, projectors, screens, wifi connection, etc.). Admission to Poster session. Admission to Tutorials sessions, under pc terminals availability (Monday).
  • Access to the internet room computers. Wifi connection at the venue.
  • A printed Conference Programme. SSC'14 Proceedings (USB)
  • Conference bag and conference material (notebook, roller pen, conference information package, tourism information package, conference gift, etc…)
  • Coffee breaks (daily, morning and afternoon).
  • Lunch buffet at Campus (Monday to Friday).
  • Meeting Together: Catalonia Wine Tasting (Monday evening).
  • Gala Dinner at Barceloneta Old Harbour Restaurant (Wednesday evening).
  • Attendance and/or Author certificates.
  • An invoice of the registration fee will be provided along with the conference material.
  • Special rates for accommodation at UAB Campus, and selected hotels in Barcelona.
Not included the social / tourist activities (Thursday): Four Barcelona sightseeing English-speaking guided tours. Information is needed for capacity planning; excursion fees will be confirmed and paid during the conference. More information about the tours can be found here.
