The BSC fosters a work environment of respect and freedom, in which everyone can express their ideas and experiences. Differences do not divide, but rather enhance our knowledge and innovation. It is a very important value for our institution that is strengthened thanks to the different perspectives, interests and identities of its members.

In 2024 we have begun the development of an LGBTIQA+ Plan, following the regulations of Law 4/2023, of February 28, for the real and effective equality of trans people and for the guarantee of the rights of LGBTIQA+ people.
